At BCNAF, we believe that every family deserves access to basic necessities. Our programs focus on spreading the Love of Jesus by providing food, shelter, and educational resources to those in need. By contributing to BCNAF, you can help us make a difference in the lives of these children and their families by reminding them that they are not forgotten!
Mogtedo is a rural village in central Burkina Faso, just outside the capital city of Ouagadougou. Home to approximately 3,500 people, this community faces extreme challenges—both physically and spiritually. Many in the region have never heard the Gospel, and children lack access to basic education.
For the few who can attend school, the journey is long and exhausting. Children walk 5 to 6 miles (8–10 km) each way, often taking over an hour on foot. As a result, only older children can make the trip. Younger children stay home, and mothers are left with full-time care responsibilities.
We are working to build a 3-classroom school right in the heart of Mogtedo. This school will serve 100 children and eliminate the need for long, unsafe travel. It will offer a safe learning environment rooted in Biblical values and supported by daily meals.
